The Legal Nurse Consultant can review medical malpractice cases for merit, analysis medical- related cases, including, but not exclusive to, personal inquiry, worker's compensation, elder law, criminal cases or any legal matter involving injury, illness on health. In addition the LNC can research current standards of care and deviations thereof, identify the causation issues, including pre-existing conditions, as well as aggravation or acceleration of medical problems.
In addition the LNC can assist in the preparing and coordinating interrogation/deposition questions, help prepare witnesses for deposition or trial, assist attorneys in developing demonstrative evidence, and implement any additional services requested.
