Avoid Premature Settlement of a Civil Action

As a Legal Financial Broker we can assist you in obtaining necessary capital to remain solvent for the duration of your civil case and possibly avoiding premature settlement. If your case qualifies we can assist in procuring $1000 to as much as $200,000 to cover expenses during the time of litigation.

This program advances money by purchasing a portion of the anticipated settlement. Just like you and your attorney, the investor is taking the risk of a successful resolution. If the case is lost, the investor loses his money.

There are no monthly payments, no credit checks, no collateral required, no application fees or employment verification. The advance is based only on the merit of the case.

We will fax or email you a release so that we may request case file information from your attorney. Once the release is signed fax it back to us at 610-351-9913.

We will then fax your attorney a questionnaire about your case with a list of documents we need to review. These documents include: police report, ambulance report, emergency room report, medical reports and bills, etc.

Once the questionnaire and documents from your attorney are received they will be reviewed and you will be given an answer within 48 hours or less.

When the case is approved you must come to the office to sign and have the documents notarized. Remember to bring your driver's license, as we will need to photocopy it for our records.

The fees for each case are unique. Fees are based on an independent analysis of the value and risk of your case. Generally a flat fee is used, but on occasion a percentage of the settlement is used. In certain cases a combination of both is placed into affect.
