DNA Testing
AIS,
through a Service Agreement with a premier DNA Testing Center,
can furnish a variety of services. These include paternity/maternity,
sibling, cousin, grand-parentage, Native American, and DNA detective
testing. This latter service provides biological stain analysis
and special specimen analysis of hair roots, cigarette butts,
licked envelopes, chewed gum, and toothbrushes.
We have at our office Paternity
swab collection kits that will be provided to you for use in the
privacy of your home. A Legal DNA Paternity Test, specifically
designed for use in a court of law, can also be provided. This
test requires a chain of custody which will be established by
your reporting to a proprietary collection service. The legal
test is of particular importance for child support issues or when
fulfilling immigration requirements. This test is accredited by
AABB and CLIA.
