and Police Chief of a progressive suburban police department.

- Certified trainer with the Pennsylvania Municipal Police Officers Education and Training Commission (MPOETC). He has instructed at Temple University, Lehigh Carbon County Community College, Harrisburg Area Community College, and the Lackawanna County Community College.
- Served as a member of the Lehigh County Coalition Against Violence.
- Served on the Board of Directors of Kathy’s Place, a nonprofit organization dedicated to informing the public about the ravages of domestic violence.
